Comments: Stuart Holt is a very professional and knowledgeable motor engineer who replaced the 1600cc engine in my Capri with a 1800cc Sierra engine with twin-choke Weber carb.  The work was to a very high standard and to quote the independent engineer's report required for my insurance company: "The installation could not be told apart from an original installation".  Stuart does all my servicing etc. and he has done much work on my cars for the purposes of passing MOT's and other things.  I would strongly recommend him to anyone.  His prices are very reasonable and he will ONLY do a job correctly.  He can be called on (07710) 426668.

Note: I have been informed that Stuart no longer does work on Capris.

Comments:  JR Classics Ltd - Vehicle Rustproofing Services Unit 57 Askern Ind Est, Doncaster, South Yorks DN6 0DD www.jrclassics.co.uk  I used used them to rustproof my car after having a lot of restoration/paintwork done and i'd recommend them. They were spot on and it saved me from getting backache and covered in waxoyl! They did the whole car as well as the underneath for a very reasonable price. The guy there is into his classic Fords & even drives a Capri!

Comments: "Gordon Raddon has owned this garage for approx 15years and is an officially recognised satellite to the CCI. (See advert in monthly CCI magazine) He has restored many, many Capri's from virtual wrecks to their former glory including a pick up conversion. If Gordon doesn't know how to do it, it probably can't be done. He has a treasure trove of rare and original parts, which he mainly keeps for his restoration projects but there's no harm in asking. He can also renovate badly damaged/cracked dashboards to a very high standard. I've known Gordon for approx 15yrs myself and he has worked on both my Capris, my partners Capri, my Dads Capri and his wife's Capri not to mention the majority of the members of Coastal Capri Club. We all use him on a regular basis and not only is he very reliable - but he is very reasonably priced too!"
